Important India legal update: India’s Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 prohibits online money games and specifically contains a prohibition relating to the transfer of funds for such games. The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Rules, 2026 were notified on 22 April 2026 and came into force on 1 May 2026. The government describes the framework as barring banks, payment systems and financial institutions from facilitating transactions linked to prohibited online money games.
This page is general information, not legal, financial or tax advice.
Searching for 4RABET UPI deposit information in India now requires a very different answer from the one a user might have received at the beginning of 2026.
The most important question is no longer simply whether a UPI button appears in a cashier, what minimum amount it shows or how quickly a payment can be credited. India introduced a central statutory framework for online gaming in 2025 and operationalised it through rules that came into force on 1 May 2026. The legislation prohibits online money games and includes a specific prohibition on transferring funds in relation to them. The government has also stated that banks and payment systems are not to facilitate transactions linked to prohibited online money games.
That changes how any responsible 2026 page about a 4RABET UPI deposit in India should be written.
A payment method being visible on a website is not proof that a transaction is permitted under Indian law, accepted by your bank, supported by your UPI provider or likely to remain available. A payment being technically possible is not the same thing as it being legally permitted.
This guide therefore focuses on four practical questions:
- What does the 2026 Indian regulatory position mean for UPI payments connected with online money games?
- What should you understand if an old, pending or failed UPI transaction appears in your bank, UPI app or gaming-account history?
- Which transaction records should you preserve when money has already moved?
- How can you check information safely without using payment-routing tricks, unofficial agents, alternate merchant accounts or other workarounds?
It is deliberately not a step-by-step guide to depositing money.
Quick Answer: Is 4RABET UPI Deposit Available in India in 2026?
You should not interpret a UPI option shown by 4RABET, a payment intermediary, an old review page or a search result as confirmation that you may lawfully use it.
India Code records the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 as Act No. 32 of 2025. Its prohibition chapter includes Section 5, dealing with online money games and online money gaming services, and Section 7, specifically titled “Prohibition of transfer of fund.”
The government’s April 2026 explanation of the implementing rules says the framework is intended to prevent banks, payment systems and financial institutions from facilitating payments connected with prohibited online money games. The Rules came into force on 1 May 2026, and the Online Gaming Authority of India has been established under the central framework.
For that reason, this page does not advise users to make a 4RABET UPI deposit or suggest alternatives when a transaction is blocked.
If a payment has already been initiated and you are trying to understand a pending debit, failed transaction, reversal or missing credit, the useful response is different: preserve the transaction evidence and use the formal complaint channels of your bank or UPI application.
NPCI states that once a UPI payment has been initiated, a stop-payment request cannot simply be placed on it. NPCI also directs users to raise UPI transaction grievances or check transaction status through their participating bank’s UPI application.
That is the safer framework for this article.
The Biggest 2026 Change: India Now Has a Central Online-Money-Gaming Prohibition
Older articles about online betting in India often begin with a familiar statement: gambling regulation varies by state.
That historical background has not become completely irrelevant because state laws can continue to matter in their own fields, and the central Act itself states that it is not in derogation of other laws. However, describing the situation in August 2026 merely as “state-dependent legal uncertainty” misses the most significant recent development.
The central Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 now exists. India Code lists separate statutory provisions for:
- prohibition of online money games and online money gaming services;
- prohibition of advertising relating to online money games;
- prohibition of transfer of funds;
- establishment of an online gaming authority;
- blocking of online money gaming services; and
- offences and penalties.
MeitY published the final Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Rules, 2026 on 22 April 2026. A Government of India release states that the Rules took effect on 1 May 2026 and created procedures for determining whether an online game is a prohibited online money game or a permissible social game or e-sport.
The same government materials describe the Act as imposing a complete ban on online money games, including games of chance, games of skill or mixtures of the two, while prohibiting related facilitation and financial transactions.
What does that mean for 4RABET?
This article is not issuing a legal determination about every game, product, account or interface carrying the 4RABET name. Formal classifications and enforcement actions should be checked against the Online Gaming Authority of India and other official records.
The practical rule is nevertheless straightforward: if a service or game falls within the Act’s definition of a prohibited online money game, a visible UPI payment option does not make payment facilitation lawful.
A cashier interface is software. It is not a legal opinion, a government approval or an instruction to your bank.
This distinction matters enormously for readers arriving through search queries such as:
- “4rabet upi deposit working”
- “4rabet upi deposit india”
- “4rabet upi deposit not showing”
- “4rabet upi payment failed”
- “4rabet upi minimum deposit”
The first question in August 2026 is not “How do I make it work?” It is “What restrictions apply, and what should I do if a transaction is already unresolved?”
Why a UPI Option Can Appear Yet Still Fail
UPI payments do not operate as a direct conversation between a user and a website.
A payment can involve several layers: the payer’s bank, the UPI application or payment service provider, NPCI infrastructure, acquiring or merchant-side payment infrastructure, fraud and risk controls, reconciliation systems and the merchant or service provider itself.
RBI’s payment-aggregator framework recognises the important intermediary role of payment aggregators and requires regulated participants to apply merchant onboarding, KYC/AML, security, fraud-risk and grievance-handling requirements. RBI has also established a separate framework for cross-border payment aggregators.
That helps explain why a payment can fail at more than one point.
In ordinary UPI use, a payment may fail because of a technical timeout, bank risk control, transaction limit, incorrect or inactive payment address, network issue or merchant-side problem. In the online-money-gaming context, the post-May-2026 regulatory prohibition adds a much more important reason for banks or payment systems not to facilitate the transaction.
Visibility does not equal approval
If UPI appears inside a website interface, it tells you only that the interface is presenting a payment route.
It does not prove that:
- your bank will approve the transfer;
- the UPI application will accept it;
- the merchant/payment relationship satisfies current regulations;
- the transaction will settle;
- your account will receive credit;
- the method will remain visible tomorrow; or
- the transaction is permitted by Indian law.
The last point is the most important in 2026.
What Happened to the Old ₹100, ₹300 or ₹500 Minimum Deposit Claims?
Before the central rules took effect, many betting and casino pages treated the 4RABET UPI minimum deposit almost like a fixed product specification.
The supplied source material itself illustrates why this approach was unreliable.
One source recorded commonly displayed ranges of approximately ₹100–₹500 and warned that the live account could show a different amount. Another draft described different early-2026 observations of ₹300 and ₹500 in different sessions and explicitly noted that published figures were inconsistent.
Those figures should now be treated as historical observations from before the May 2026 regulatory change, not as current payment recommendations.
Publishing “4RABET minimum UPI deposit is ₹100” or “₹500” as a timeless answer would create two problems.
First, account- and payment-side limits are inherently changeable.
Second, after the 2026 central rules came into force, the more fundamental question is whether the underlying payment relates to a prohibited online money game at all.
What is the normal UPI system limit?
NPCI’s general UPI FAQ says normal UPI transactions may be allowed up to ₹1 lakh per transaction, while specified categories have different higher limits.
That is a UPI-system ceiling, not a promise that every merchant, bank, app, account or transaction will receive that allowance.
A merchant may set a lower limit. A bank may apply its own limit. A risk control can reject a transaction. Most importantly for this page, a technical UPI limit does not override a statutory prohibition relating to the purpose of a transaction.
So there is no responsible basis for turning NPCI’s general limit into a claim such as “you can deposit ₹1 lakh to 4RABET through UPI.”
You should not.
4RABET UPI Deposit Pending: What Does “Pending” Actually Tell You?
A 4RABET UPI deposit pending query usually appears after the money has already been initiated.
At that point the user’s need is not promotional. It is a transaction-reconciliation problem.
“Pending” generally means that the systems involved do not yet have a final state they can consistently display. Depending on where the message appears, it can indicate:
- the bank is still processing a transaction;
- a payment instruction has timed out but final reversal status is not yet reflected;
- the merchant-side system has not reconciled a payment reference;
- one system shows a debit while another does not yet show a credit;
- the UPI application has not received a final response; or
- the merchant interface is awaiting confirmation from its payment provider.
Do not assume that a website’s “pending” message proves the merchant possesses the money.
Likewise, do not assume that an app’s “success” screen guarantees that a gaming balance has been credited.
The first rule: do not create duplicate transactions
If money may already have left your bank account, repeatedly initiating the same payment can create additional debits and make reconciliation harder.
The older supplied material correctly emphasised this point: when status screens conflict, the first priority is to avoid immediately retrying and to retain the transaction reference and screenshots.
That remains useful advice even though the legal context has changed.
Check your bank record, not just the website
If you are investigating an existing transaction:
- Check whether your bank account was actually debited.
- Open the transaction detail inside your bank or UPI app.
- Record the transaction/reference number.
- Save the amount, date and time.
- Save screenshots of any conflicting status messages.
- Use your bank or UPI application’s official dispute channel for the payment-side issue.
NPCI specifically says UPI grievances and transaction status can be handled through the UPI app of participating banks.
If you also contact a merchant or platform about an existing transaction, use only a support channel you can independently verify as official. Never provide your UPI PIN, OTP, banking password or remote access to your phone.
UPI Says “Success” but 4RABET Shows “Pending” or Nothing
This is one of the most confusing payment states.
Suppose your bank or UPI application shows that money was debited, but the website displays:
- pending;
- failed;
- processing;
- no deposit record; or
- an unchanged account balance.
Do not solve that inconsistency by paying again.
Instead, treat the issue as a reconciliation problem.
Evidence to save
Keep:
- the UPI or bank transaction/reference number;
- transaction date;
- exact time;
- amount;
- bank statement entry;
- screenshot of the UPI transaction details;
- screenshot of the merchant-side transaction history, if one exists;
- any merchant order or payment reference already generated; and
- copies of support messages about the disputed transaction.
Both supplied drafts correctly prioritised transaction evidence, particularly the UPI/bank reference, transaction time, amount and screenshots.
Do not publish transaction references publicly
A common mistake is posting screenshots, payment references, bank details or support conversations in Telegram groups, social-media comments or forums.
That can expose personal or financial information and attract scammers claiming they can “release,” “push” or “unlock” the payment.
Your payment evidence is for your bank, UPI provider and—where genuinely necessary for resolving an existing transaction—the verified merchant support channel.
It is not public troubleshooting material.
UPI Deposit Failed: What a Failure Can Mean
A failed transaction does not have one universal cause.
For an ordinary UPI transfer, potential explanations can include bank-side rejection, a network timeout, exceeded limits, an invalid payment address or merchant-side processing failure.
For an online-money-gaming payment in India after May 2026, a restriction relating to the nature of the underlying transaction may also be central. Government materials explicitly state that the new framework is designed to stop payment systems and financial institutions from facilitating transactions tied to prohibited online money games.
Do not interpret “failed” as an invitation to find another route
This distinction is essential.
If a bank or UPI provider blocks a transaction, this page does not recommend:
- trying different merchant names;
- using another person’s bank account;
- finding alternate UPI IDs on messaging apps;
- using “payment agents”;
- routing the payment through unrelated merchants;
- changing location with a VPN;
- using unofficial APKs;
- sending money to personal QR codes; or
- disguising the transaction’s actual purpose.
A payment restriction is not a technical puzzle that a user needs to defeat.
Attempting to conceal the true payment purpose also introduces obvious fraud, account-security and legal risks.
Money Debited but the Transaction Shows Failed
This needs to be separated from the simple case where nothing left your account.
If your bank account has actually been debited while the UPI or merchant interface reports failure, preserve the record immediately.
RBI maintains a harmonised framework for failed transactions made through authorised payment systems. The framework sets turnaround requirements for relevant categories of failed payment transactions and provides compensation rules where regulated entities fail to reverse qualifying transactions within the prescribed period.
However, do not assume that every dispute involving an offshore service maps neatly onto one merchant’s promised “24-hour” or “72-hour” support timeline. The exact regulatory treatment depends on what happened inside the authorised payment chain and the type of transaction.
Your bank and UPI provider are the appropriate sources for the status of the payment instruction that affected your bank account.
A sensible escalation sequence for an existing debit
- Preserve the reference number and bank statement entry.
- Check the transaction status inside the official bank/UPI app.
- Use the app’s complaint or dispute facility.
- Follow the bank’s instructions regarding a failed debit.
- Keep copies of every complaint number and response.
- If the bank does not resolve an eligible payment-system complaint under the applicable framework, review the RBI grievance or Ombudsman options available to you.
RBI says customers who do not receive the prescribed redress for a failed transaction may use the Reserve Bank’s Integrated Ombudsman framework, subject to the relevant requirements.
Can a UPI Payment Be Cancelled After It Has Been Sent?
NPCI’s FAQ gives a clear general answer: once a UPI payment has been initiated, a stop-payment request cannot be placed on it.
That makes transaction verification especially important.
If a payment is pending, avoid assuming that closing an app, deleting a transaction screen or creating another transaction cancels the first one. It does not.
If you suspect fraud or an unauthorised transaction, contact your bank immediately using its official fraud-reporting process. That situation is different from an authorised transaction that subsequently becomes disputed.
What Records Should You Keep for a Pending or Failed 4RABET UPI Transaction?
When money has already moved, documentation is more useful than repeated attempts.
Create one small transaction folder containing:
Bank-side evidence
- bank statement or transaction-history entry;
- UPI/bank reference number;
- date and exact time;
- amount;
- final or current status shown by the bank.
UPI-app evidence
- full transaction-details screen;
- status shown by the app;
- payee information visible on the transaction;
- error message, if one appeared.
Merchant-side evidence
- transaction or order ID, if one exists;
- screenshot of “pending,” “failed” or missing-credit status;
- timestamped copies of official support conversations.
Complaint evidence
- bank complaint number;
- UPI-app grievance number;
- date of complaint;
- written responses received.
Do not crop screenshots so tightly that the date, status or reference information disappears. At the same time, redact unnecessary personal data before sending screenshots anywhere other than an authenticated banking channel.
Information you should never give a “helper”
Do not provide:
- UPI PIN;
- OTP;
- bank password;
- full debit-card credentials;
- account login details;
- device-control permission;
- screen-sharing access;
- 2FA codes; or
- passwords for the gaming account.
Someone who claims they need these details to “push” a payment through is creating a security risk.
Why Unofficial Payment Agents Are Especially Dangerous
When a search such as 4RABET UPI deposit not working produces frustration, users can become susceptible to anyone promising a shortcut.
That is precisely when caution matters most.
An unofficial person can claim:
- “UPI is blocked but mine works.”
- “Send to this QR and I will credit your account.”
- “Install this APK.”
- “Give me the transaction reference and OTP.”
- “I can change the merchant code.”
- “Use my account because your bank is blocking yours.”
None of those claims should be treated as legitimate payment support.
They can expose users to phishing, impersonation, malware, payment fraud or unauthorised access to bank accounts.
They can also create a situation in which the payment recipient shown in your bank record has no transparent relationship with the service you thought you were paying.
APK and Mobile-App Warning
Do not download an unofficial APK merely because a UPI option is absent in a browser.
A third-party APK can be modified to request permissions that have nothing to do with ordinary account access, including SMS reading, accessibility control, screen overlays or other sensitive access.
For payment-related activity, unexpected requests for:
- accessibility-service control;
- SMS access;
- notification interception;
- installation of additional packages;
- screen sharing; or
- remote-control software
should be treated as serious warning signs.
The older supplied material also identified unofficial APKs and third-party payment “helpers” as significant phishing and malware risks.
If your only reason for looking for an APK is to make a blocked UPI payment possible, stop. A different interface does not remove the underlying regulatory or banking restriction.
How to Check a UPI Transaction Safely Without Making Another Deposit
For an unresolved existing transaction, the safest checks are informational.
Check your bank account
Confirm whether the debit actually occurred and note whether it later reversed.
Check your official UPI transaction history
Use the app linked to the bank account from which the transaction was initiated.
Save the reference number
NPCI and banking dispute mechanisms rely on transaction identifiers to trace payment activity.
Check official regulatory information
For questions about the legality of online money games, rely on the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, the 2026 Rules, MeitY and the Online Gaming Authority of India—not an affiliate article or a payment button.
The Online Gaming Authority of India is an attached office of MeitY established under the 2025 Act.
Use the bank’s complaint mechanism
NPCI directs customers with UPI grievances to participating banks’ UPI-app complaint/status channels.
Do not perform “test” transactions
Sending smaller amounts simply to see whether a blocked payment route works creates additional exposure and can create several transactions to reconcile instead of one.
Why This Matters: A Payment Button Can Create False Confidence
People naturally assume that if a website displays Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or generic UPI, the transaction has somehow been approved for use.
That assumption is unsafe.
Payment interfaces are presentation layers. Legal permissions and bank controls operate independently.
This becomes particularly important after the 2026 Indian gaming-law changes because the central framework expressly addresses financial facilitation.
The practical lesson is simple:
“Available on screen” is not the same as “permitted, supported or guaranteed.”
That single distinction answers many of the misleading claims found on outdated 4RABET UPI deposit pages.
What Can Go Wrong?
Several failure patterns deserve attention.
1. The payment is debited but not credited
You now have a reconciliation issue. Save the reference, verify the bank status and open a complaint through the appropriate official channel.
2. You pay twice because the first transaction appears pending
You can end up with two debits and two different reconciliation problems.
3. You send money to a third-party “agent”
The payment may have no recoverable connection with your gaming account.
4. You install an unofficial APK to restore a missing payment option
You may expose SMS, credentials or accessibility control to malicious software.
5. A payment method disappears
Do not assume it is a temporary technical inconvenience that must be bypassed. Regulatory, bank, merchant-risk or payment-provider controls may be involved.
6. You trust an old minimum-deposit article
The figure may predate both payment-provider changes and India’s May 2026 regulatory framework.
7. You publish your evidence online
Fraudsters can use the information to impersonate support or target you for follow-up scams.
8. You chase a failed transaction with another deposit
Beyond the payment problem, rapid re-depositing can turn into gambling-related financial harm.
How to Check the Legal Position Yourself
For legal or compliance questions, a reproducible verification path is more valuable than a confident-looking review page.
Step 1: Check India Code
India Code lists the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 and its sections, including the prohibition on online money games and transfer of funds.
Step 2: Check the current MeitY rules and notifications
MeitY’s official legislation page lists the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Rules, 2026, the constitution of the Online Gaming Authority of India, investigation-authorisation notifications and the commencement notification dated 22 April 2026.
Step 3: Check OGAI information
Where you need to know whether a specific game or provider has been formally determined or registered, rely on the Authority’s official information rather than assuming classification from a casino-review article.
Step 4: Treat payment visibility separately
A website’s UPI interface answers a technical question—what the interface is displaying. It cannot answer the legal question for you.
What About State Gambling Laws?
State legislation should not simply be erased from the discussion.
The central Act states that it is not in derogation of other laws, meaning the broader legal landscape can still involve additional legislation.
But the 2026 update fundamentally changes the order in which a responsible article should explain the issue.
The correct sequence is now:
- Start with the central Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025.
- Note that the 2026 Rules came into force on 1 May 2026.
- Explain the central prohibition relating to online money games and financial facilitation.
- Then acknowledge that other applicable central and state laws may also matter.
Leading only with “every state is different” risks leaving readers with an outdated picture.
For deeper legal context, see /is-4rabet-legal-in-india-2026/.
UPI Security Basics Still Matter
The legal restrictions do not eliminate ordinary payment-security risks.
NPCI and RBI continue to maintain payment-system frameworks designed around user security, authorised participants and grievance handling. NPCI also published multiple UPI circulars during FY 2026–27, demonstrating that operational and security rules continue to evolve.
Basic habits remain useful:
- use only your bank’s official app or a trusted UPI application;
- never disclose a UPI PIN;
- never approve an unexplained collect request;
- read the recipient information before authorising any legitimate UPI payment;
- keep transaction alerts enabled;
- report unauthorised debits promptly;
- never let a stranger remotely control your phone; and
- preserve transaction records until any dispute is conclusively resolved.
Responsible Gambling: UPI Friction Is Not Something You Need to Defeat
UPI was designed to make legitimate digital payments convenient.
In a gambling context, that low friction can make impulsive financial decisions easier.
The supplied drafts correctly highlighted a behavioural risk: when depositing takes only seconds, the gap between an emotional decision and the movement of money becomes very small.
A rejected transaction should never become a reason to chase another route.
If you find yourself:
- repeatedly trying to make a payment after a block;
- searching for new accounts or apps simply to deposit;
- sending progressively larger amounts;
- attempting to win back losses;
- borrowing for gambling;
- hiding transactions; or
- becoming angry or anxious because a payment method is unavailable,
the safest decision is to stop gambling activity and protect the money that remains.
Payment friction can be a useful stopping point.
4RABET UPI Deposit FAQs
Is 4RABET UPI deposit working in India in August 2026?
A website may technically display UPI or related payment interfaces, but that does not establish that the transaction is lawful or supported. Since 1 May 2026, India’s central online-gaming framework prohibits online money games and addresses the transfer/facilitation of funds connected with them.
Is there a current 4RABET UPI minimum deposit?
This page does not publish an amount as a current recommendation. Supplied early-2026 materials reported inconsistent ₹100–₹500 figures, including different ₹300 and ₹500 observations, demonstrating that such numbers were not stable even before the May 2026 regulatory change.
What is the normal UPI transaction limit?
NPCI’s general FAQ states that normal UPI transactions may have a limit of up to ₹1 lakh per transaction, with different limits for certain categories. Individual banks, apps and transaction types may apply different controls. That general UPI limit does not mean the amount can lawfully be used for a prohibited online-money-gaming transaction.
Why is my 4RABET UPI deposit pending?
A pending state can result from incomplete processing, reconciliation delays, technical failures or conflicting payment statuses. If a transaction has already been initiated, check whether your bank account was debited, save the reference and use your official bank/UPI-app complaint route. Do not create duplicate payments.
What if UPI says success but 4RABET has not credited the balance?
Save your bank statement entry, UPI transaction details, reference number, amount, date and time. Check the official bank/UPI status and raise a complaint through the appropriate authenticated channel. Do not pay again to “test” the route.
Can I cancel a UPI transaction once it has been initiated?
NPCI says a stop-payment request cannot be placed once the UPI payment has been initiated.
My bank debited me but the transaction failed. What should I do?
Preserve the transaction details and use the official bank or UPI grievance procedure. RBI has a harmonised turnaround-time and compensation framework for qualifying failed transactions through authorised payment systems.
Should I retry through another UPI app?
Not as a way to bypass a restriction. If the underlying issue is regulatory, bank-side or merchant-related, changing the front-end app does not make the transaction appropriate.
Can I use a VPN if the UPI option is not available?
This article does not provide methods for bypassing location, platform, bank or regulatory restrictions.
Can I use a Telegram or WhatsApp payment agent?
That creates substantial fraud and account-security risks. Do not send money, OTPs, UPI PINs, passwords or remote-access permissions to unofficial “agents.”
Is a visible UPI option proof that 4RABET is legal in India?
No. A payment option is not legal authorisation. India now has a central statutory regime for online money games. Check the 2025 Act, the 2026 Rules and current OGAI information.
Are online money games banned only when they involve chance?
No. Government explanations of the 2025 Act say its prohibition covers online money games involving chance, skill or a combination of both.
When did the new rules become effective?
The final Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Rules, 2026 were notified on 22 April 2026 and came into force on 1 May 2026.
Who regulates the new framework?
The Online Gaming Authority of India has been established as an attached office of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology under the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025.
Final Position: What Indian Users Should Take Away in 2026
The 4RABET UPI deposit question cannot responsibly be answered in August 2026 with a simple minimum amount, transaction-time estimate and a set of depositing instructions.
India’s legal position changed materially.
The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 introduced a central prohibition framework for online money games. Section 7 expressly concerns the prohibition of transfer of funds, and the government says banks, payment systems and financial institutions are to be prevented from facilitating transactions linked to prohibited online money games. The implementing Rules came into force on 1 May 2026.
That means three distinctions matter.
First, technical visibility is not legal permission. A UPI button can exist on a screen without making the underlying transaction permissible.
Second, an existing failed or pending payment is a transaction problem, not an invitation to find a workaround. Preserve the reference, verify the bank debit and use authenticated bank or UPI complaint channels.
Third, old deposit limits and availability claims age badly. Early-2026 source material already showed conflicting minimums and intermittent availability before the new central framework took effect.
Do not route payments through agents, alternate merchants, unofficial APKs, strangers’ accounts or other methods designed to defeat a block.
If money has already been debited, focus on recovering or reconciling that specific transaction through formal channels.
If no payment has been made, do not mistake an old “UPI available” article for current regulatory permission.
